Every year come fall, I look forward to making this creamy pumpkin dip!
It's a little bit sweet and has all the flavors of fall with pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg. Serve it with gingersnap cookies or graham crackers - also delicious on pancakes, waffles or crepes!
- 1 (80z) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 (15oz) can pumpkin
- Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until all lumps are gone.
- Add in pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir to combine.
Serve immediately or cover and chill.
Yield 2 cups.
