Walk information:
In a world that feels increasingly loud and unstable, we invite you to step into the quiet for a slow and intentional walk through the peaceful beauty of our 40-acre woods.
Open to all ages and backgrounds, this event is designed to help you ground your nervous system, find calm, and rediscover your sense of place in nature - especially in times that feel uncertain or overwhelming.
Inspired by the practice of Forest Bathing, we’ll take time to notice, listen, and be fully present. There will be guided moments and shared silence, space for reflection, and the simple power of community moving through the trees together.
Come as you are. Leave a little more rooted.
Good to note:
- We have a porta potty on site.
- This activity is not suitable for those who cannot walk or stand on unstable ground for long periods.
- If the weather is unfavorable for a walk, a refund will be given.
